Biography

Arif Bulut is a musician, a singer, a songwriter and also a teacher of English. He was born in Antalya, Turkey, on November 29th, 1982. His childhood and growing up period passed in Antalya. He graduated from the Adana Çukurova University Education Faculty English Language Teaching Department in 2005 and he started his career in Alanya. Later, he got married to Şerife Yurttaş. After the marriage, he was appointed to the Antalya Serik Tekeli Primary School as a teacher of English and he moved to Serik. Arif Bulut started his music education at the age of 5 with the baglama, an original Turkish instrument, and then continued  with the electronic organ, the piano, the classical guitar and the acoustic guitar. Arif Bulut defines music as the most entertaining thing in his life and he adds “If I were alone on a desolate island, the first thing, which I want it to be with me, would be an instrument. I am born to make music.” Arif Bulut has participated in many professional music organizations since 1996 and he still does.
