Arif Bulut has searched in the field of the English Language and the TEFL because he is a teacher of English and he graduated from the Çukurova University Education Faculty English Language Teaching Department. The most detailed thesis, which he completed, in the TEFL field is about the computer-assisted language learning (CALL). Arif Bulut examined the history and the chronological improvement of CALL, the teachers’ barriers to the use of CALL and the solutions, in his study. This study was published in some EFL and TEFL magazines abroad, it is still online on some universities’ databases and on some internet sites, which publish articles about EFL and TEFL. Arif Bulut completed his thesis in the study between February, 2004 and January, 2005 at the Çukurova University Education Faculty English Language Teaching Department and at the Foreign Language Center.
